⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100% Recommend for ❄️winterizing❄️ your Pool. Very competitive rates, sent 28 photos of the job (since I was not home at the time), listed exactly what they did, water testing results etc. I've used 3 other companies and so far, this was the better experience and competitively priced! 👍👍👍

We were referred to Coastal Pools by our builder . We were not looking for lots of bells and whistles, just a 16 x 40' pool for laps and fun times with family and friends. They focused on our wants, and did not push to upsell us which we appreciated. As the build began, Lee, our Project Manager, was very communicative and kept us up to date. Dani, the project organizer/engine kept us informed as to everything being done on a daily basis. When we had questions or concerns, she ensured we received an answer and understood the answer! As we were out of state, we had the service team perform the brushings and warer checks for the pool's first month. We received daily service reports with pictures every time the service personnel were here. Today we had Pool School with Mitch and Mason...what a great experience! We now understand our pool much batter than our last one AND feel empowered to take preventive and corrective action should the need arises! Brad, the owner, has built a great team. This is a Great company to work with!

Can't say enough great things about our experience with the team from Coastal Pools. The communication throughout the entire process was flawless, and they showed that they truly cared about every detail along the way. Our project manager Lee Petty answered every question and shared his own suggestions and ideas along the way which was incredibly helpful. Dani Hurlburt ran the scheduling and organization of the job and there was not one single task or day where the work wasn't completed as scheduled. Chris Conley helped us with a great design and guided us every step of the way as we chose materials and finishes to make sure every decision complemented the other. I've done countless projects over the years, and this was without a doubt one of the best companies I've ever worked with!

An exceptional experience from design to completion! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Coastal Pools, and a big part of that comes down to the people.

Lee Petty, my project manager, was outstanding. He was meticulous in every sense of the word, and his attention to detail in making sure everything was built perfectly and to specifications was phenomenal. Lee clearly takes pride in his work and holds himself and his crews to a very high standard. He kept me informed at every stage, explained what was happening and why, and stayed on top of the plan from start to finish. I always knew where things stood, and I never had to wonder whether something had been overlooked. Having someone that dedicated overseeing the project made all the difference.

Dani Hurlburt worked behind the scenes keeping everything on track, and her role can't be overstated. She coordinated the many moving pieces of the project seamlessly, and her communication was exceptional. Whenever I had a question, Dani was responsive and on top of it. Her organization and follow-through kept the project moving smoothly, and I always felt confident that nothing was falling through the cracks.

Brennan Anders, my salesperson, helped me make all of my selections and design the pool. I went through many iterations of my custom design, and Brennan was patient with me through every one of them.

Beyond the team, Coastal Pools has excellent systems in place. Their design tools let you truly visualize what your pool will look like before construction starts, and their project management system kept me fully aware of each task and when it would be done.

With Coastal Pools, you get what you pay for: quality work, outstanding communication, and true professionalism. I would recommend them without hesitation. Special thank you to Lee, Dani, Brennan and the entire Coastal Pools team involved in building my pool! I wouldn’t want to have done this project with anyone else!

Coastal Pools did an amazing job on our pool/spa project. They handled everything with absolute professionalism. Every big project is going to have some bumps in the road, but they did an amazing job to work through any challenge that came our way. Lee Petty was an absolute godsend when he took over as project manager. He is the absolute best and he always took my call day or night to ensure we were happy with the results. Thank you Lee!!

Coastal Pools is simply the best at pool building in Maryland! We have used Coastal Pools to build pools at a couple properties and we could not be happier. Lee Petty did an incredible job guiding his team through every stage of our recent pool build, and he was exceptional at communicating with us throughout the project. The dedication of Lee Petty, John Arnold, Nic Grassman and Dani Hurbert made the whole process run smoothly. We highly recommend Coastal Pools if you’re looking for an excellent pool builder.

Very happy with our new pool by Coastal. Lee and his crew did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and informative. Lee was particularly helpful as the pool was being constructed mostly in our absence.
Dani in the office was also great and kept us very informed throughout the process. I highly recommend them if you ever pursue a pool.

We had a great experience with Coastal Pools. We took on this project with some degree of trepidation. It seems everyone on the internet, and even in person has a bad story to tell about building a pool. Our story is a success. Coastal Pools, in particular Lee Petty (project manager) and Dani Hurlburt (project coordinator) were responsive, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.
