Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very happy with our new pool by Coastal. Lee and his crew did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and informative. Lee was particularly helpful as the pool was being constructed mostly in our absence. Dani in the office was also great and kept us very informed throughout the process. I highly recommend them if you ever pursue a pool.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a great experience with Coastal Pools. We took on this project with some degree of trepidation. It seems everyone on the internet, and even in person has a bad story to tell about building a pool. Our story is a success. Coastal Pools, in particular Lee Petty (project manager) and Dani Hurlburt (project coordinator) were responsive, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I could not be happier with the quality and professionalism from start to finish for our pool installation. The whole team at Coastal Pools helped to make the whole process to run smoothly and be stress free. We want to send a shout out to Lee and Dani for their help and the ease for getting in touch with them when we had questions or concerns. They are great individuals and certainly care about making sure we were happy throughout the whole process. The pool, patio and landscaping looks phenomenal and I have enjoyed using the pool and our kids have enjoyed using the hot tub.

We needed a new pool cover and they contacted us immediately. They walked us through the process of ordering a cover, the payment and the installation. They custom ordered the in-ground pool cover after precise measurements were taken. It looks beautiful. Everyone gets an A++.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I never dreamed that one day I would be able to build my own pool, and certainly never dreamed that I would now have one that is more beautiful than the one I imagined. Coastal Pools has been so easy to work with, from the beginning when I needed to figure out the size, shape, lining, and the different tiles, to the weekly service. I initially worked with Brad Hull and Lee Petty who helped with the design construction. There were many choices, but they have so many catalogs and pictures to look through that it was easy to get an idea as to what to order. Their service has been wonderful- my contact Dani Hurlbert gets back to me right away when I email with a concern; the service technicians, Tyler Mann and others,  have kept the pool in excellent shape. I recommend getting the weekly service as they monitor the machines, as well as  the chemicals. I highly recommend Coastal Pools.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Coastal Pools! Chris Gayhardt and his crew were awesome to work with. We had a custom design that we had created and our project manager Dani, alongside with their staff executed it perfectly. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right and that we were happy with the finished product. The quality of their work is outstanding, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. They were always willing to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and make the entire process as stress-free as possible. Our pool turned out absolutely beautiful, and we couldn’t be more excited to enjoy it! We highly recommend Coastal Pools to anyone looking for a pool company that is reliable, honest, and truly cares about their customers. Thank you again to Chris, Dani and all the crew that was involved in making this magical space for us! Five stars all around!
